Go to your igloo and click on the igloo icon on the right hand side of your screen. You should now be able to see the Club Penguin Igloo Upgrades February March 2008 Catalog.
In the Club Penguin Igloo Upgrades catalog, go to page 6 where a snow globe igloo is advertised. Click on the writing about the snow globe igloo and you will get offered the Fish Bowl Igloo for 2400 coins!
