Club Penguin don’t hide a pin in the HQ. It wouldn't be fair as not all penguins are agents, so they wouldn’t get to go there.

Club Penguin never hide a pin on Rockhopper’s Ship. Rockhopper doesn’t usually stay for two weeks, so it wouldn't be fair if he left before everyone had a chance to find the pin!.
