In Club Penguin look in the clothing catalog. There is always a guitar available to buy in each catalog. Some guitars are cooler than others it just depends on what is available to buy in that season's catalog.
In the Club Penguin when you've bought your guitar put it on and then using the action keys on the control panel along the bottom of the screen. Point your cursor on the action key and then click your cursor on the dance action.
Your Club Penguin Penguin should now be playing their guitar!
