In Club Penguin look in the clothing catalog. There is always a camera available to buy in each catalog. Some cameras are cooler than others it just depends on what is available to buy in that season's catalog.
In the Club Penguin when you've bought your camera put it on and then use the action keys on the control panel along the bottom of the screen. Point your cursor on the action key and then click your cursor on the wave action.
You should now be able to see your Club Penguin Penguin's camera flashing as it takes a photo!
